Thank you for your interest in being certified as a Family Inclusive Workplace
In order to apply to be certified, your organisation must meet a baseline set of criteria.
Does your organisation have:
- A framework to enable flexible working?
- A paid parental leave policy?
- A carer’s and wellbeing policy or framework to enable the combining of work and life commitments?
- Support for leaders so they can enable organisational policies and frameworks?
- A way of gaining employee feedback or measuring utilisation of organisational policies?
- 100+ employees or turnover of more than $2m?
If you answered yes to all of the above, your organisation may be eligible to apply for certification.
Please submit your expression of interest or contact us to evaluate your organisation’s readiness to qualify.
Getting Started
The Family Inclusive Workplace Certification evaluates the policies and practices within your organisation to enable a Family Friendly Workplace culture. The recognition framework provides targeted insight on how you can improve these policies and practices. This is achieved through a straight-forward employer survey.
Insight you will gain
Your organisation’s survey results are benchmarked against the National Work + Family Standards analysing your current position across four core categories of Flexible Work, Parental Leave, Family Care and Family Wellbeing – all underpinned by Leadership Enablement and Measurement.
A Family Friendly Workplaces Assessment Report will highlight recommended actions to support the development of a Work + Family Action Plan. You will then be required to have your organisation’s leadership/executive endorse your Work + Family Action Plan before receiving your Family Inclusive Workplace certification.
Enrol in the next ‘How to Get Certified’ Session to find out more detail or speak to a member of the Family Friendly Workplaces Assessment Team via the ‘Request a Meeting’ button below.
