Take The First Step, Be Benchmarked
The Benchmarking Self-Assessment is a free online tool to assess your organisation’s HR policies and practices against the minimum National Work & Family Standards.
Completing the benchmark self-assessment will help your organisation to better understand how to support its employees with the balance of juggling work and family life.
What do you need to know before completing the self-assessment?
An understanding of your HR policies and practices in relation to parental leave, flexible work, care and wellbeing is essential.
On average, it takes less than 15 minutes to complete. You can save your responses, exit and return later if needed.

Once you have completed the assessment, you can download your complimentary Benchmarking Report.
This includes your benchmarking scores for each key area and whether your organisation meets, or does not meet the minimum National Work + Family Standards.
