Benchmark your Workplace
Why take the self assessment?
The Benchmarking Self-Assessment is a free online tool to assess your organisation’s HR policies and practices against the minimum National Work & Family Standards.
The National Work + Family Standards provide a set of best practice guidelines that your organisation can use to evaluate your current workplace progress.
Benchmarking is the first step in the process of certification to officially recognise your organisation as a Family Inclusive WorkplaceTM employer.
By benchmarking you can identify areas where your organisation falls short and take steps to improve. Our Be Educated guides and membership advisory services are designed to help your organisation meet the benchmark and to get certified.
Completing the benchmark self-assessment will help your organisation to better understand how to support greater inclusion, gender equality and wellbeing outcomes for your business.
To complete the free online assessment, you need an understanding of your HR policies and practices in relation to parental leave, flexible work, care and wellbeing. On average, it takes less than 15 minutes to complete. You can save your responses, exit and return later if required.
What happens next?
Once you have completed the assessment, you will be able to download your complimentary Benchmarking Report including your benchmarking scores for each key area and whether your organisation meets, or does not meet, the minimum National Work + Family Standards.
